Durable TPE Foam
Our balance pad is made from durable TPE foam which is tear-resistant, non-toxic, and eco-friendlier than EVA and other types of foam. It’s also sweat-proof, making it great if you’re getting your sweat on and an absolute breeze to clean. Simply wipe it over and you’re done!
Diamond Grip Texture
We’ve also designed the pad with a diamond grip surface which is slip-resistant to stop it sliding on the floor. It also provides optimum grip, regardless of whether you’re standing on it with flip-flops, feet, or trainers. Well, maybe not flip-flops, but definitely bare feet or trainers.
Medium to Firm Density
The pad strikes a perfect balance between being too soft and too hard. It’s soft enough to test your balance, but stable enough to use for a variety of exercises, including lunges, push-ups, and leg-raises. You can even use it as a yoga block to aid your stability and balance.
Lightweight & Portable
Our balance pads are lightweight and compact to easily take on your travels and work out wherever you go. Our large balance pad measures 40cm x 33cm x 5cm and weighs 250g whilst our extra-large balance pad measures 50cm x 40cm x 5cm and weighs 370g.
Large & Extra-Large
If you’re using the pad for simple balance exercises, a large balance pad provides plenty of standing space. If you want to add instability to squats and other exercises, our extra-large pad is an ideal option. Both have a weight capacity of 150kg, making them suitable for most users.
